Augmentin (amoxicillin/clavulanate) is a combination antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections including sinusitis, pneumonia, ear infections, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, and infections of the skin.
SIDE EFFECTS
The most common Augmentin side effects are stomach-related. Diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting tend to be the most common complaints. Serious Augmentin side effects include liver problems and blistering skin rashes, but theyre rare overall.
