Use:
M&B Paracetamol Syrup is an analgesic typically used to relieve pain, reduce fever, teething pains, cold symptoms, earaches, muscular and general body aches.
Precaution:
Doses should not be given to children more than 4 times in 24 hours, and treatment should last only for 3 days.
Side Effects:
- nausea
- vomiting
- constipation.
