USE
This is a medication that treats occasional diarrhea.
Diarrhea is loose or watery stool. It can also treat symptoms of an
upset stomach like heartburn, indigestion and gas. You can take this
medication by mouth using a specially marked spoon or container to
measure each dose
SIDE EFFECT
If you notice any of
the following unlikely but serious side effects, stop taking this
medication and consult your doctor or pharmacist right away: stomach/abdominal pain that doesn't go away, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, black/tarry/bloody stools. A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare.
PRECAUTION
This drugs
is typically safe
for most people, but avoid it if you have certain health conditions.
