Description
USE
It's used for indigestion, heartburn, acid reflux and gastroesophageal-reflux-disease (GORD). Lansoprazole is also taken to prevent and treat stomach ulcers. Sometimes, lansoprazole is taken for a rare condition caused by a tumour in the pancreas or gut called Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
SIDE EFFECT
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction ro lansoprazole: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
PRECAUTION
Lansoprazole can cause kidney problems. Tell your doctor if you are urinating less than usual, or if you have blood in your urine
